PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
After booking with a deposit of 50% you will receive a confirmation by email.
The remaining amount is due at the latest at the handover of the keys.
Option 1 – “with deposit
Cancellation fees for bookings with 50% deposit
Up to 45 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
Until 14 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 50%.
Up to 5 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 75%.
Up to 0 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 100%.
Option 2 – “non-refundable”.
Cancellation fees for bookings with the “non-refundable” price option.
The booking can no longer be cancelled free of charge. Cancellation fee is 100% from the date of booking.
LIABILITY
Gerhard Frank, owner of www.govienna.net acts as an intermediary between landlords and tenants and assumes no liability for the quality of accommodation and cannot be held responsible for the actions or omissions of the owner.
