Up to 14 days before arrival date: 50% cancellation fee
Up to 5 days before arrival day: 75% of the total rent, but at least 3 nights fee
later than 5 days before arrival day or absence of the tenant: cancellation fee in the amount of the total rent
If the deposit exceeds the cancellation fee, the remaining amount will be returned to an account number to be

6.    Special Rules for Cancellation

Cancellations of less than the 5 days before the day of arrival or non-arrival of the tenant: cancellation fee is equivalent to the total rental fee
If a down payment was made that is more than the cancellation fee, then the difference will be returned by bank transfer to an account number provided by the tenant.
